Director
Michael Navarro is a director with Daylight in its New York office and has more than eight years of corporate finance and operations experience.
Before joining Daylight Forensic, Michael managed the day-to-day operations of a successful office for a top-500 engineering firm. His responsibilities included profit and loss performance, asset utilization, staff oversight and all facets of office policies. His other areas of expertise include the role of financial manager, specializing in corporate finance, and project finance, with a strong emphasis on revenue and compliance. Michael’s experience also includes various functions of engineering design and construction supervision.
Michael possesses extensive knowledge and familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley and workplace compliance, including corporate regulations. He is experienced with project and office audits, including supervising the implantation and execution of internal controls with great emphasis on policies and procedures.
Michael holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
